Email us at hello@sistersister.store with your order number and reason. We'll send a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
If your item arrived damaged, email us a photo within 48 hours and we'll ship a replacement the next business day — no questions asked.
